1. YOUR BOOKING - a booking form must be completed and signed where indicated.
2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT - At the time of asking for your booking to be confirmed a deposit of 200 pounds sterling is payable per person (non-refundable if a replacement is not found). We will confirm your reservation on receipt of the deposit.
3. PAYMENT ON BALANCE - You must pay the balance of the cost of the course in full not less than 12 weeks prior to departure. If you do not, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and retain the deposit.
4. CANCELLATIONS - in the event that you or any member of your party wish to cancel your booking or any part of it once confirmed for any reason, you must advise us immediately either by email or in writing. If your cancellation is received less than twelve weeks before the beginning of the course, the total cost of the course is payable.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE ESSENTIAL - (details can be provided). We require that clients take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen events or illness which may force you to cancel your holiday.
6. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to cancel or amend your course in the event of unforeseen circumstances. A trust fund is held to cover appropriate refund costs in such circumstances.
7. FORCE MAJEUR - Refunds do not apply when your course is cancelled as a result of risk of war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions and similar events beyond our control.
8. YOUR COURSE RESERVATION - On receipt of your reservation request and booking form we will speedily advise you whether we are able to make the reservation requested and if we are able to do so we will send you written confirmation with details of the amount payable in accordance with condition 3 above.
9. MISADVENTURE - We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage you may suffer during the period of your course due to accident, illness of bodily injury or loss of equipment of belongings or from any other cause unless resulting from our negligence or that of our employees. We would stress the absolute necessity for you and the other members of your party to effect appropriate insurance cover and we would advise you obtain form E1 II from the post office which entitles you to certain free medical care.
10. SMOKING - For the comfort of all guests smoking indoors is not permitted.
